I find the staff very courteous.
It is very helpful to be able to see availability of online appointments, and to be able to book there and then. Sometimes in the past it has been frustrating to try and get hold of someone on reception desk to make appointment and when you do get through it is not always possible for an appointment to be offered.
I have been a patient at this surgery for 25 years and must say every GP I have seen has been most professional and excellent in discussing my situation and treatment options. I do book online appts as it is less stressful and time consuming than trying to get to get through on the phone. However, I usually have to wait for 3-5 weeks for an appt. I would like to think if I needed to talk to a Doctor urgently I could make a telephone appt.
I have also heard good reports from other Red Practice patients
Very easy to get an appointment for children. Very easy to get an appointment with a female doctor.
Would like waiting times to be cut. I don't mind waiting 10 - 15 minutes after my actual appointment time, but anything longer is just too much, especially if you are with ill children.
